Pams Jamz is a woman-owned, family operated small business founded by Pamela Ocasio. You can find us at local farmers markets, artisan stores and online.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our locally sourced selected ingredients used to make our goods, and in the small batches of traditional and specialty jams, marmalades and baked goods. Our products are made with superior flavor profiles.
Our handcrafted jams and marmalades are categorized into two types.​
Specialty Jams:​
These jams include a selection that comprise of mixtures of fresh fruits that excite the palate. They are not for the weak hearted. To sample them, means you have taken the flight from the ordinary to the extraordinary. They range from delicious, a light kick, to yummy with a WOW! factor. Some have a backend kick in their sweet taste that will truly make you a believer of such a jam!
Try them at your own risk of experiencing joy to another level.

Traditional Jams:​
These jams are geared for those who like the old-fashioned taste, but with the added excitement that is missed from the mass-produced products.
The fresh fruits are in there, and you can actually see and taste them! The variety may be limited, but the satisfaction will leave you wanting more!

HOW DID WE GET HERE?
Pams Jamz started many years ago when Pamela and her siblings started a tradition of baking many varieties of holiday jam based cookies. The mass produced retail jams did not live up to the flavor profile printed on the label, so Pamela decided to make her own traditional jams. Due to the overwhelming response to the real fruit jams and marmalades she made, Pamela decided to devote her spare time perfecting classic, spicy, and specialty jams. She has since expanded to include delicious sourdough cornbreads and english muffins. Her cinnamon swirl buns just add to the line of products Pamela has crafted for the enjoyment of her customers. Stumbled upon Pam’s Jamz at a farmers' market today and quickly fell in love, thanks to their delicious and generous free samples. I took home the Blueberry Lemon Sunshine, Just Peachy Habanero, and Picante Pepper jams. I insisted that I was a wimp with spicy flavors but the peachy habanero and picante pepper jams were so flavorful that the heat ended up being a pleasant enhancement and not overwhelming at all. I’m so happy to have found this company.

We saw Pam’s Jamz at the schools spring fair, and I love the just peachy jam because it has so much flavor and because I love peach. And if you like peach’s you should get the peachy’s jam.

Had the pleasure of meeting Pam at the Fantastic Gardens Market. We sampled several of her delicious jams and I can honestly say we Have Never had anything like them. My favorite was the Lemon Ginger Marmalade my husband's was Pineapple Habanero which had just the right amount of heat. We both agreed on Twisted Sista'. Needless to say they came home with us. Pam's flavors are unique and tasty and would make wonderful gifts. We will surely be purchasing again.

We had found these jams at a local craft fair at my old high school on a Wim. Not only do I love these jams so much... but I also brought them to my family gathering for Easter and the Lemon Drop Marmalade went faster than Taylor Swift concert tickets.😂 My brother just placed an order today because he has not stopped thinking about it.
